Alice is Noir's younger sister. They get along very well (she is madly in love with him), obviously, she is attracted to her older brother (romantically and sexually), so she usually sticks to him when they are at home which he also enjoys. Noir feels he has to get stronger to support her and his family, especially not to have to depend on his little sister. Although he usually refuses her advances, it has been seen that Noir is attracted to Alice, since he gains lots of LP with her. Alice is very worried about Noir's well-being and dislikes him putting himself in danger.

Noir tends to be venomous with him by making casual insults towards him, to the latter's sadness. However, he shows that he does love his father and often looks out for him.

Noir tolerates Gillan's playboy behavior, but he doesn't approve. On the other hand, Gillan bears no hostility to his younger brother and tries to have his loosen up by constantly inviting him to join the binge. Gillian used to consider himself superior for his high level and one-handed swordsman skill but after he saw how much Noir's evolved. Despite being disgusted by his brother's behavior, Noir still loves him and risked his life to rescue him from Oohora Gaien and the cannibalistic Tonell villagers. Gillan was grateful for the rescue and promised his younger brother that he would abandon his debauchery and take the studies and training more seriously. Noir was pleased with this humility of his brother.

Emma is the daughter of a baroness and a childhood friend to Noir. Emma gets irritated because Noir doesn't notice she has feelings for him. She helps Noir relieve the headaches he gets when he uses the Great Sage Skill but Noir doesn't seem to notice the more intimate implications of it as he sees the two of them kissing as more of a greeting. Emma is resigned to the fact that Noir needs a harem to live, but she clearly does not like it and insists on being in first place. After seeing how powerful Noir is becoming, Emma began training to became strong like him. However it has been shown several times that Noir does not like it when other boys try to gain Emma's favor or peep on her, and will do whatever it takes to keep them away, this implies that Noir does have feelings for Emma but has yet to realize them.

Lola is the gorgeous receptionist at the adventurer's guild Odin. As the person in charge of Noir, she arranges various quests for him to go on. In exchange for Noir being her exclusive adventurer, she offers all sorts of erotic bonuses, in addition to the normal rewards, for a job well done on guild requests; mostly affectionate gestures. She secretly hopes to become his wife in the future. Although she is very powerful and her strength left him in awe, Lola is happy to help Noir in a supporting role.

After Noir edited her Lift Curse Skill so it wouldn't shorten her lifespan, she developed feelings for him. She began to accompany him on quests, offering to be his slave before being his partner. She wants to be Noir's number one lover, usurping Emma.

Olivia is a top-tier adventurer, who worked 200 years ago. She became trapped in a labyrinth by a curse after discovering a hidden dungeon. She becomes Noir's master when they meet, helping him to grow stronger in the hopes that one day he can become powerful enough to break her free. Olivia also decided to make Noir her apprentice because he reminded her of a boy who wished to be her apprentice 200 years ago and was killed by an Iron Goblin. Like Emma, Lola, and Luna she eventually develops romantic feelings for him.

Maria approached Noir at the Hero Academy, she was watching from the shadows of the adventurer's guild, Odin, and witnessed how sincere he is. After Noir saved her life, Emma suspected she may be in love with him (what turned out to be true), even if she doesn't admit it. After she kissed him, it's shown that she fell madly in love with him. Noir prefers to do erotic stuff with her away from the eyes of the rest of his harem, purely for the thrill of being secret lovers, which she also finds exciting.

Noir and Leila have good status, as Noir considers her the most level-headed of his harem. In the manga, they first met after he saved her brother, something she was grateful for. They met again and Leila gave him advice on dealing with Emma. They later worked together to fight off Emma's kidnappers. After Leila became a classmate, Noir came to see Leila as a good friend, while she seems to have developed romantic feelings for Noir. She trained him in hand to hand combat and was amazed by his capabilities, though both were embarrassed when he unintentionally groped her chest but she forgave him because it was an accident and he apologized. She usually blushes when she sees Noir's methods to gain LP. Despite being a high-ranking member of a rival adventurer's guild, and they occasionally work together. Noir has repeatedly invited her to Odin Guild, promising to sponsor her, but she declined, for fear of being seen as a traitor by Lahmu and being viewed with suspicions by Odin.
While Leila has feelings for Noir, she is shown to be a supporter Emma and Noir's relationship, but her own feelings somewhat prevent it.

Elna Stongs: Noir's teacher. Noir finds her to be scary because of her history. However, he does not overlook her beauty and usually gets erotic "rewards" from Elna, behind everyone's back, from time to time. Elna respects him, as he aided her in stopping his male classmates from peeking. She also admires his abilities and once declared that Noir is like a younger brother to her. Some time later, she slowly began to see Noir as a man (she got really attached to his adult form), and began to develop a certain attraction
Dory's appearance reminds Noir of Emma when she was younger
Dory: Noir met Dory in the 7th Floor of the Unending Dungeon. Noir agreed to save her from the Golden Bee because he felt sympathetic for her and she reminded him of Emma. When she was losing her power because of the Bee, Noir bit his lips out of frustration by accident, and Dory licked/kissed the wound to make it heal faster, while for some reason Noir's LP went up. Her smile after he saved her was the best reward he could get. Dory later helps to harvest plants for Noir to sell at Stardians Rarities(she got really attached), and began to develop a certain attraction

Lenore Bludon: She initially acts cold to Noir just because he is from a poor noble family. After learning his outstanding skills, she starts to respect him. She is also happy that he isn't like the other boys in the class, who only have lecherous intentions and they have become friends.

Tigerson: Noir met Tigerson on the 5th Floor of the Unending Dungeon. After Noir rescues Tigerson's companions on the 6th Floor, Tigerson and Noir became friends and Tigerson went to live in Starga Residence. Most people view Tigerson as Noir's pet, but Noir views him as an equal.

Ladan and Romy Brightness: Noir has known them since he was a child. They are very friendly and support his relationship with their daughter.
Mira Santaje: Noir met her by accident, but after he offers to help her father find a place for their store and show a few of his Unique Skills, they became fast friends, after she forced the issue on him and in order to thanks Noir's help, she began to give him items. He even hoped that she could become friends with Emma, who was initially jealous. During a drinking match, she teases him and Emma in good fun. Like the other girls, Noir acknowledges her beauty and uses her to get LP when he unintentionally groped her. They eventually fight each other in the Exchanging Game finals, but even still he refused to land a severe blow on her while declaring her as a friend and asked if she surrender. After she agreed, Noir explained how he defeated her, but they remained friends.
Allies[]
Schoen: He was very helpful to Noir and his party when they arrived in Honest City, although he suspected him when he discovered that Noir has the same unique skills as Olivia, and didn't accept Noir and Gillan's denouncement against the Tonnelles Village without proves.
Stey Anatha: Although he has suspected Noir because he has the same unique skills as Olivia, General Stey accepted Noir in his army and recognized his potential to surpass Stey himself in the future.
Lyrica Miraroot: She was Noir's instructor in Archery when he joined the Rosette Kingdom Army. Although she was a very rigid teacher, she usually made jokes flirting with him. She became very emotional when Noir finished her training in a couple of days. Lyrica also reminds Olivia a lot.
Naina Able: Naina met Noir while he was looking for S, and because they shared the same goal, they befriended and exchanged information about the Fangs of Counterattack. However, after Noir and S battle, she attacked them and they both worked together to defeat her. Because he's hindered her attempt of avenging her brother, Naina said to Noir she never want to see his face again.
Hissya Auto: Hissya forced Noir to help her during the first grade King of the Academic Year competition in Hero Academy. Although they worked together to defeat Citra and Kent, she said she doesn't like Noir just like he doesn't like her after she was disqualified by Leila.
Enemies[]
Lahmu Guild: Although Noir and the top Lahmu adventurers worked together to arrest the Phantom Trief, normally when Noir meets some Lahmu member other than Leila, they end out in conflict.
Mike angry over his loss
Mike Kentall: After discovering that Emma turned him down for Noir, Mike challenged Noir to a dancing duel, having Emma as the prize. Because Noir is a Baronet, Mike believed he was superior to him.
Noir's "betrayal"
S-Class Students: They usually snob Noir for being a Baronet. When the male students formed the Man's Health Project to spy on the female students naked, Noir was the only one to stand against them, fighting and defeating them alongside Elna, while the grateful female students joined him in the female bath and helped Noir to restore his LP.
Aies Midcarda/S: Although he was forced by King Gyros to find and kill S, for also having a younger sister, Noir sympathized with him and after defeating him, Noir tried to convince him to abandon his vengeance and start a new life. They both worked together to defeat Naina.
Black Lancer: Black Lancer is the strongest adversary Noir had ever faced. Although he ran away the first time they met, Noir was decided to defeat him, even with Lancer's superior level, when they met a second time in the Unending Dungeon. After a brutal fight, losing his left arm in the process (he later made a new one), Noir was finally able to defeat and kill him.
Emilia Celistage: After meeting each other before the Exchanging Game between their schools, Emilia developed a strange obsession for Noir, stalking him in his way to home more than once and attacking him in order to collect his hair for her collection. Noir began to fear being followed by her and to be careful on the street. After defeating her in the Exchanging Game, Emilia was grateful that Noir did not kill her summoned monsters, giving him advice for his next fight against Mira.
